Quitting Is Easier When You Don’t Do It Alone
Our smoking cessation groups are a supportive space to connect with others who understand and meet you where you're at, whether you’re quitting, cutting back, or just starting to think about it.
What to Expect in Group Support
Real Talk. Real Support. No Judgment.
Each group is facilitated by an experienced, LGBTQIA+-affirming team member. You’ll meet with a small group of people who are also working on quitting smoking, vaping, or nicotine pouches. There’s no pressure to quit immediately, just encouragement, accountability, and strategies you can actually use.
Groups are:
Confidential and inclusive
Open to all stages of quitting (even if you haven’t started yet)
Focused on harm reduction, not perfection
Scheduled weekly, in-person or virtual depending on location
Why Group Support Works
You Don’t Have to Do This Alone
Research shows that people who quit with support are more likely to succeed. And when you quit in a space where you feel seen and understood? Even better.
Our groups help you:
Share experiences with people who get it
Learn from others’ strategies and struggles
Stay motivated (even when it’s hard)
Celebrate your progress...every small win included
